Does This Sound Familiar?

Your teen has pulled away, and you're not sure why

Adolescence is a lot to carry, and sometimes the people who love them most are the hardest to talk to.

  • Your teen has stopped talking to you the way they used to.
  • Grades, friendships, or mood have shifted and you're not sure what changed.
  • They seem anxious, low, or overwhelmed but shut down when you ask.
  • You're worried about self-esteem, identity, or the pressure they're under.
  • You want them to have support that isn't you: a space that's entirely theirs.

That's common, and okay. The first session is about building comfort and trust, not diving straight into hard topics. Many teens come around once they see it's actually their space.
